We collect very little personal data. The only identifiable information we collect is your email address when you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter.

We use Umami, a privacy focused analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our website. Umami collects anonymous statistics such as pages viewed, country, browser type, and device type. It does not use cookies, does not track you across websites, and does not identify you personally.

When you subscribe to our newsletter your IP address may be processed temporarily for security and anti spam purposes. We do not collect your name, postal address, phone number, or payment information.

How We Use Your Data

We use your email address to send you our newsletter including updates, news, and promotional communications from a+. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.

We use anonymous analytics data to understand how our website is used and to improve the experience for our visitors. We use technical data to protect the website against spam and abuse.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties. Newsletter subscriptions are based on your consent. Analytics and security processing are based on our legitimate interest in operating and protecting our website.

Third Parties

We share data with trusted service providers only when necessary to operate the website:

• Mailchimp for newsletter management. Your email address is shared with Mailchimp solely to deliver our communications.
• Umami for anonymous website analytics. No personal data is shared.
• Cloudflare for website hosting and content delivery.

Some providers may process data outside the European Union. Where applicable we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.

Your Rights

If you are located in the European Union you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter. Anonymous analytics data is retained according to Umami's data retention policy.
